By using NurtureNest+, you agree to our website rules, product info, pricing and availability, and checkout terms. Orders are subject to confirmation and dispatch. You’re responsible for accurate delivery details. Content on this site is owned by us and can’t be copied without permission. We may update products, prices and policies at any time. Liability is limited to the extent allowed by law.

Orders & payments and Shipping, returns & hygiene

Product prices, descriptions, and availability can change. Your order is only accepted once it’s confirmed and dispatched. If there’s a pricing/stock error or suspected fraud, we may cancel and refund to the original payment method.

Delivery times are estimates and delays can happen. Returns are generally for unused/unopened items within the stated timeframe. Opened/used cosmetics and used brushes aren’t returnable for hygiene reasons. Damaged/faulty/incorrect items should be reported quickly with photos.
